Youth to Adult

Our goal is to constantly grow and challenge members when they come in. Our goal is not stagnation but constant and steady growth and development. We do that by challenging members both physically and mentally through our workouts and training programs. It’s like the saying goes, if you don’t grow together, you grow apart. We are a fitness based community building a culture of support, growth, and self development. We want to create an environment where people feel safe and can come in and have a support system.

Classes

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Adult Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu designed for practitioners of all levels to learn and progress. We encourage a welcoming and teaching environment in our classes. Classes are an hour and a half long to make sure there is adequate time for proper breathing techniques, warm up, movement and fundamental drills, drilling the lesson, and live rolls to end each class. That’s the basic structure each class follows.

Fitness Bootcamps

These bootcamps are designed to give a full body, HIIT workout. The way we set them up is every 4 to 6 weeks we change the outcome goal we are working towards. That way each class is designed to work us towards that outcome goal. Then after those 4 to 6 weeks we adjust the outcome goal and therefore the fitness bootcamp changes along with it.

The basic structure each class has is foam rolling, a proper warm up, workout stations, core work, and cool down.

Boxing/Kickboxing/
Muay Thai

We offer striking classes that are perfect for all skill and experience levels. These classes are structured to run just under an hour long. The goal is a HIIT cardio workout on the heavy bags. We will instruct you on what to do and help you with technique along the way. Not only will you be betting a great total body workout but you will be steadily improving your technique with each class!

Krav Maga

We offer Krav Maga classes that are great for people wanting to learn self-defense. Krav Maga classes will walk you through a variety of different situations and scenarios and how to defend yourself to prepare you for a situation you hopefully never have to encounter. These are great for all skill and experience levels and will progress you through a proven curriculum.

Online Programs

We offer online programs to provide our members with proven workouts and programs to deliver the results they are looking for. Online programs allow us to provide a service to our members without them having to come into the gym. This allows for more flexibility in terms of scheduling and training location. We all know it can be difficult to make it into the gym every day for a workout so we want to provide a solution to that problem. These programs will be provided by one of our coaches based upon the members needs, goals, equipment availability, and scheduling. We will set up a consultation to gather that information and then provide the online programs once they have been built to your specifications!

Beginner Programs

Beginner programs are best for people new to weight lifting or just getting back into a workout routine after an absence.

All beginner programs are 4 weeks long and consist of 3 weight lifting days a week. Cardio is done on non-weight lifting days.

Muscular Endurance: This program focuses on enhancing muscular endurance which is the muscle’s ability to contract and work for an extended period of time. This program builds up your work capacity and allows you to ease back into training and set yourself up for continued, long-term success! This program creates a strong foundation for you to build upon with our other training programs.

Hypertrophy: This program prioritizes muscle growth and increasing size, perfect for beginners looking to add size and mass to their frame. If you want to look better in the mirror or get ready for an upcoming vacation then this is the right one for you!

Intermediate programs are best for people with prior training experience or those who are looking to progress their training further from the beginner programs.

Intermediate programs are 4 weeks long and either 3 or 4 days per week depending on your schedule and availability. Cardio is done on non-weight lifting days.

Muscular Endurance: This program focuses on enhancing muscular endurance which is the muscle’s ability to contract and work for an extended period of time. This program builds up your work capacity and set yourself up for continued, long-term success! This program creates a strong foundation for you to build upon with our other training programs. This program is 3 weight lifting days per week plus cardio.

Hypertrophy: This program focuses on building muscle mass and increasing muscle size. Perfect for people looking to bulk up and look better! There are 3 and 4 day training options available.

Strength: This program emphasizes increasing overall strength. If you want to increase your strength to move and feel better than this is the right program for you! There are 3 and 4 day training options available.

Power: This program focuses on improving your ability to produce more force in a shorter period of time. If your goal is to become more explosive or dynamic in your movements or lifts then this program is the perfect fit for you! There are 3 and 4 day training options available.
